Vanilla Yogurt Apple Banana Salad
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (6 ounces) low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/16 cup (1 tablespoon) orange juice
- 2 medium apples, chopped
- 1 banana, chopped
Method
- 1 Mix yogurt, cinnamon, and orange juice in a medium bowl.
- 2 Wash and chop the apples and banana, then add to the yogurt mixture.
- 3 Stir gently to combine and serve immediately.
