Vanilla Baked Egg Souffle
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 thimbleful cornflour or feculina flour
- few drops vanilla essence
Method
- 1 Mix egg yolks with powdered sugar for ten minutes.
- 2 Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites lightly to retain air.
- 3 Sprinkle in cornflour or feculina flour and stir gently.
- 4 Pour mixture into a buttered fireproof dish.
- 5 Bake in a gentle oven for 15 minutes.
