Tutti Frutti Ice Cream
Ingredients

- egg yolks
- sugar
- flavorings
- cream
- fruit
Method
- 1 Heat milk in a double boiler. Whisk in egg yolks and sugar until light.
- 2 Cook until thickened, then remove from heat and cool completely.
- 3 Stir in flavorings, then add cream and partially freeze.
- 4 Add fruit and freeze to the desired consistency.
- 5 Pack the pudding and let it ripen for at least two hours before serving.
