Method

  1. 1 Heat milk in a double boiler. Whisk in egg yolks and sugar until light.
  2. 2 Cook until thickened, then remove from heat and cool completely.
  3. 3 Stir in flavorings, then add cream and partially freeze.
  4. 4 Add fruit and freeze to the desired consistency.
  5. 5 Pack the pudding and let it ripen for at least two hours before serving.
