Turkey Spinach And Tomato Pinwheels
Ingredients
- 8 oz low-fat garlic and herb cream cheese
- 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 6 slices low-sodium turkey
- 3 medium Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 3 cups baby spinach leaves
Method
- 1 Microwave tortillas on high for 10-15 seconds to soften.
- 2 Spread 2 tablespoons cream cheese over each tortilla.
- 3 Top with turkey, chopped tomatoes, and spinach.
- 4 Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
- 5 Refrigerate for 2-3 hours to blend flavors.
- 6 Cut each roll into eight 1-inch slices and serve.
