Turkey Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground turkey (85% lean)
- 1/4 cup oats (regular, dry)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon onion (dehydrated, or one small onion, minced)
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 celery stalks (chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 green pepper (seeded and diced)
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 350 °F.
- 2 Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- 3 Bake in a 9x5 loaf pan for 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 °F.
- 4 Cut into five slices and serve.
