Turkey Macaroni And Cheese Soup
Ingredients
- 3 oz macaroni
- 1 quart boiling water
- 2.5 pints turkey stock
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- Grated cheese, for serving
Method
- 1 Cook macaroni in boiling water for 20 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- 2 Place macaroni in a saucepan. Add turkey stock, chopped onions, and garlic.
- 3 Simmer slowly for 15 minutes. Serve hot with grated cheese on top.
