  • 3 oz macaroni
  • 1 quart boiling water
  • 2.5 pints turkey stock
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • Grated cheese, for serving

Method

  1. 1 Cook macaroni in boiling water for 20 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. 2 Place macaroni in a saucepan. Add turkey stock, chopped onions, and garlic.
  3. 3 Simmer slowly for 15 minutes. Serve hot with grated cheese on top.
