Turkey Giblet Gravy

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken or turkey broth
  • 1/2 cup cooked and chopped giblets

Method

  1. 1 Melt butter in a skillet over low heat.
  2. 2 Whisk in flour and salt. Stir and heat until the mixture is bubbly.
  3. 3 Slowly add broth while stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
