Turkey And Vegetable Skillet
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 3/4 cups diced red bell peppers
- 10 oz corn (low-sodium can, frozen, or cut from cob)
- 3 oz sliced okra
- 1 lb medium yellow squash, sliced
- ground turkey
Method
- 1 Wash hands with soap and water.
- 2 In a large frying pan over medium heat, cook ground turkey until no longer pink.
- 3 Add red peppers, onions, corn, squash, and okra; cook for 5 minutes until tender.
