Turkey And Potato Salad
Ingredients
- 6 ounces cooked turkey, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup cooked, peeled, and diced potato
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Method
- 1 Wash hands with soap and water.
- 2 In a large bowl, combine the diced turkey, celery, potato, onion, and green pepper.
- 3 In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, and salt.
- 4 Stir the dressing lightly into the turkey mixture until just combined.
- 5 Chill the salad before serving.
