Tuna Macaroni Salad With Green Beans
Ingredients
- 14 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 can green beans (16 ounce), drained
- 1 can tuna packed in water (6.5 ounces), drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup diced cheese
- 1/2 cup diced sweet pickles
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- seasoned pepper
Method
- 1 Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions and drain.
- 2 Add green beans, tuna, onions, cheese, and pickles to the macaroni.
- 3 In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 4 Toss the dressing with the macaroni mixture until well combined.
- 5 Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
