Tuna And Cheese Quesadillas
Ingredients
- 1 can tuna fish, packed in water (5 ounces, drained)
- 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
- 4 flour tortillas (8 inch)
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, low-fat (shredded)
Method
- 1 Mix tuna with mayonnaise.
- 2 Spoon filling onto half of each tortilla. Top with cheese and fold in half.
- 3 Microwave on high for 60 seconds, turning halfway through. OR brown in a sprayed skillet on both sides.
