Tuna And Celery Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 can tuna fish or 1½ lbs. cold boiled fish
- ½ cup French dressing
- 1 teaspoon onion juice
- 1 cup finely cut celery
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Method
- 1 Line a serving dish with the shredded lettuce.
- 2 Place the tuna or boiled fish in the center of the lettuce.
- 3 Mix the French dressing with onion juice and pour it over the fish.
- 4 Cover the top of the fish with the finely cut celery.
- 5 Spread mayonnaise over the celery and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
