Truffle Stuffed Tomato Salad

Ingredients

• 4 small tomatoes
• 1 head lettuce
• 1 cucumber, sliced
• 1 truffle, sliced
• 1 green pepper, ringed
• 3 tbsp Louit Frères mustard
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp paprika
• 1 tbsp vinegar
• 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 cup olive oil

Method

1. 1 Peel the tomatoes and scoop out a portion of the centers.
2. 2 Arrange the tomatoes in nests of lettuce leaves.
3. 3 Garnish each tomato with a slice of cucumber, a fancy slice of truffle, and a ring of green pepper.
4. 4 Whisk together mustard, salt, paprika, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
5. 5 Slowly add olive oil while stirring constantly to create the dressing.
6. 6 Serve the salad with the prepared dressing.
