Tropical Fruit And Citrus Wine Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 can peaches, halved
  • 1 can pineapple, halved
  • 3 oranges, sliced
  • 3 lemons, sliced
  • 3 quarts sweet Catawba or Tokay wine
  • 1 pint brandy
  • 1½ jiggers Jamaican rum
  • 1 jigger green Chartreuse
  • Ice block

Method

  1. 1 Combine peaches, pineapple, oranges, lemons, wine, brandy, rum, and Chartreuse in a large punch bowl.
  2. 2 Refrigerate the mixture for 6 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  3. 3 Place a large block of ice in a serving bowl and strain the punch over it.
  4. 4 Garnish with fruit and serve ladled into punch glasses.
