Tropical Fruit And Citrus Wine Punch
Ingredients
- 1 can peaches, halved
- 1 can pineapple, halved
- 3 oranges, sliced
- 3 lemons, sliced
- 3 quarts sweet Catawba or Tokay wine
- 1 pint brandy
- 1½ jiggers Jamaican rum
- 1 jigger green Chartreuse
- Ice block
Method
- 1 Combine peaches, pineapple, oranges, lemons, wine, brandy, rum, and Chartreuse in a large punch bowl.
- 2 Refrigerate the mixture for 6 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- 3 Place a large block of ice in a serving bowl and strain the punch over it.
- 4 Garnish with fruit and serve ladled into punch glasses.
