Traditional Shredded Coconut Macaroons
Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg white, whipped
- 1 tbsp flour (if needed)
Method
- 1 Grate the coconut and mix with sugar.
- 2 Stir in the whipped egg white until combined.
- 3 Shape the mixture into small balls or cones.
