  • 6 lbs rye flour
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 pint yeast
  • warm water as needed

Method

  1. 1 Combine wheat flour, rye flour, salt, yeast, and warm water to form a stiff dough.
  2. 2 Let the dough rise for three hours.
  3. 3 Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for three hours.
