Traditional Caraway Seed Cake By Weight
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- weight of eggs in sugar
- weight of eggs in flour
- weight of eggs in butter
- 1/2 oz caraway seeds
Method
- 1 Rub butter into a cream.
- 2 Gradually stir in well-beaten eggs, then sugar, seeds, and flour.
- 3 Pour into a greased tin and bake for 1 to 1.5 hours.
