Traditional Caraway Seed Cake By Weight

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• weight of eggs in sugar
• weight of eggs in flour
• weight of eggs in butter
• 1/2 oz caraway seeds

Method

1. 1 Rub butter into a cream.
2. 2 Gradually stir in well-beaten eggs, then sugar, seeds, and flour.
3. 3 Pour into a greased tin and bake for 1 to 1.5 hours.
