Tomato Rice With Cracker Biscuits
Ingredients
- ½ cup tomatoes
- 1 bay leaf
- Few drops onion juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Boiled rice
- Cracker biscuits for serving
Method
- 1 Place tomatoes, bay leaf, onion juice, salt, and pepper in a chafing dish.
- 2 Cook until tomatoes are tender, then remove the bay leaf.
- 3 Stir in boiled rice until well coated and moistened with the tomato mixture.
- 4 Serve with cracker biscuits.
