Tomato Rice Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients
- 8-10 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- butter
- rice or bread crumbs
- salt
- celery
- peppers
Method
- 1 Cut off pepper tops and remove seeds.
- 2 Chop tomatoes and cook with butter and onion until tender.
- 3 Mix in boiled rice or bread crumbs, salt, and chopped celery.
- 4 Fill peppers with mixture and dot tops with butter.
- 5 Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes and serve immediately.
