Tomato Rice Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

  • 8-10 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • butter
  • rice or bread crumbs
  • salt
  • celery
  • peppers

Method

  1. 1 Cut off pepper tops and remove seeds.
  2. 2 Chop tomatoes and cook with butter and onion until tender.
  3. 3 Mix in boiled rice or bread crumbs, salt, and chopped celery.
  4. 4 Fill peppers with mixture and dot tops with butter.
  5. 5 Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes and serve immediately.
