Tomato Pepper And Onion Chili Sauce
Ingredients
- 6 large tomatoes
- 3 small green peppers
- 1 onion
- 2 large tablespoons sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1 ½ cups vinegar
Method
- 1 Peel the tomatoes, then finely chop the peppers and onions.
- 2 Combine the tomatoes, peppers, onions, sugar, salt, and vinegar in a pot.
- 3 Boil the mixture for one hour, stirring occasionally.
