Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup nuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup kale, stems removed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • Salt to taste (optional)

Method

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. 2 Toast nuts on a baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  3. 3 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4 Add garlic and kale to the pan and cook for 4 minutes.
  5. 5 Add raisins and toasted nuts and cook for 1 minute more.
  6. 6 Season with salt to taste.
