Toasted Nut And Raisin Kale
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup nuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 cup kale, stems removed and chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
- Salt to taste (optional)
Method
- 1 Heat oven to 350°F.
- 2 Toast nuts on a baking sheet for 5 minutes.
- 3 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 4 Add garlic and kale to the pan and cook for 4 minutes.
- 5 Add raisins and toasted nuts and cook for 1 minute more.
- 6 Season with salt to taste.
