Toasted Ham And Parmesan Canapes
Ingredients
- 6 slices bread
- 6 slices lean cooked ham
- Mustard
- Chopped parsley
- Fine bread crumbs
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- 1 Toast 6 slices of bread to a golden brown and arrange on a platter.
- 2 Top each slice with a slice of lean cooked ham.
- 3 Spread a little mustard over the ham, then sprinkle with chopped parsley, fine bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
- 4 Bake in a hot oven (425°F) for 10 minutes and serve immediately.
