Toasted Cheese On Hot Bread

Ingredients

• slices of very hot toast
• slices of cheese
• mustard
• pepper
• salt

Method

1. 1 Toast the cheese slices until nicely browned.
2. 2 Lay the toasted cheese quickly on the hot toast.
3. 3 Spread a little mustard thinly over the cheese.
4. 4 Season with pepper and salt, then serve very hot.
