Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1/16 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon celery, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Method

  1. 1 Wash hands with soap and warm water.
  2. 2 Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, chili sauce, relish, onion, celery, lemon juice, and pepper together in a bowl.
  3. 3 Chill the dressing and serve over vegetables or salad.
