Thousand Island Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1/16 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon celery, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Method
- 1 Wash hands with soap and warm water.
- 2 Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, chili sauce, relish, onion, celery, lemon juice, and pepper together in a bowl.
- 3 Chill the dressing and serve over vegetables or salad.
