Thin Buttermilk Waffles
Ingredients
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- enough flour to make a thin batter
Method
- 1 Beat the eggs well in a large bowl.
- 2 Stir in the milk, melted butter, baking powder, and salt.
- 3 Add flour gradually until the batter is thin.
- 4 Pour batter into preheated, hot waffle irons.
- 5 Bake until crisp and golden brown.
