Tartar Sauce With Olives And Capers
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dry mustard to taste
- Sugar to taste
- 1 raw egg yolk
- 1 tbsp chopped olives
- 1 tbsp chopped small cucumbers
- 1 tbsp chopped capers
- Few drops onion juice
Method
- 1 Beat butter to a cream in a bowl.
- 2 Add salt, pepper, dry mustard, sugar, and raw egg yolk; mix well.
- 3 Stir in chopped olives, cucumbers, capers, and onion juice.
- 4 Serve immediately with fish cutlets or croquettes.
