Syrup Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 quart milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 5 cups sifted flour
- 4 tbsp syrup
- 5 tsp baking powder
Method
- 1 Combine milk, eggs, nutmeg, flour, syrup, and baking powder in a large bowl.
- 2 Beat the mixture until smooth.
- 3 Pour batter onto a hot griddle or into two pans and cook until bubbles form, then flip.
