Sweet Raspberry And Currant Omelet
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 oz butter
- raspberry and currant jam
Method
- 1 Melt the butter in an omelet pan over medium heat.
- 2 Beat the eggs well, then stir in the sugar and water until combined.
- 3 Pour the mixture into the hot pan and fry until set on the bottom but still creamy inside.
- 4 Turn the omelet onto a hot dish, spread with jam, fold in half, and serve immediately.
