  • 1 1/2 tablespoons 1% low-fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 3/4 cups quick cooking oats, dry
  • 15 ounces low-sodium sweet potatoes, drained and chopped

Method

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. 2 In a small bowl, combine milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, and oats. Mix well and set aside.
  3. 3 Place chopped sweet potatoes in a medium-sized baking pan to cover the bottom.
