Sweet Curds And Cream
Ingredients

- Cream
- Sugar
- Nutmeg
Method
- 1 Turn the milk using a standard curdling method (e.g., adding acid) and let it stand until curds form.
- 2 Scoop the curds with a skimming dish and place them in a sieve to drain the whey.
- 3 Transfer the drained curds to a serving dish and surround them with cream.
