Sweet Cream Banana Whip With Vanilla

Ingredients

• 1 quart sweet cream
• 1 quart bananas, peeled and washed
• 1/4 pound sugar
• a few drops vanilla (optional)
• juice of canned pineapple (optional)

Method

1. 1 Peel and wash the bananas.
2. 2 Combine equal parts bananas and sweet cream in a bowl.
3. 3 Add 1/4 pound of sugar to the mixture.
4. 4 Beat everything together until the cream is light and fluffy.
5. 5 Optionally stir in a few drops of vanilla or juice from canned pineapple.
