Sweet Corn And Egg Tart

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons tinned sweet corn
• 1/4 ounce butter
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 egg
• Pie crust for one crust

Method

1. 1 Beat the egg and mix it with the sweet corn.
2. 2 Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
3. 3 Roll out the pie crust and line a pie plate with it.
4. 4 Pour the sweet corn mixture into the crust.
5. 5 Bake until the top is lightly browned.
6. 6 Serve with brown sauce or tomato sauce.
