Sweet Corn And Egg Tart
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons tinned sweet corn
- 1/4 ounce butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
- Pie crust for one crust
Method
- 1 Beat the egg and mix it with the sweet corn.
- 2 Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 3 Roll out the pie crust and line a pie plate with it.
- 4 Pour the sweet corn mixture into the crust.
- 5 Bake until the top is lightly browned.
- 6 Serve with brown sauce or tomato sauce.
