Sweet Baked Corn Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 can corn
- 1 pint milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Beat the eggs until very light, then mix in the sugar and melted butter.
- 2 Stir in the corn, salt, and pepper, followed by the milk. Beat well.
- 3 Pour into a buttered baking dish and bake covered for 30 minutes.
- 4 Remove the cover and bake until the top is browned. Serve in the dish.
