Sweet Baked Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 can corn
  • 1 pint milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. 1 Beat the eggs until very light, then mix in the sugar and melted butter.
  2. 2 Stir in the corn, salt, and pepper, followed by the milk. Beat well.
  3. 3 Pour into a buttered baking dish and bake covered for 30 minutes.
  4. 4 Remove the cover and bake until the top is browned. Serve in the dish.
