Sweet And Sour Pickled Beets
Ingredients
- small beets
- sugar
- salt
- pepper
- vinegar
Method
- 1 Wash small beets without cutting them. Cover with boiling water and boil until tender.
- 2 Drain, rinse in cold water, peel, and cut into slices.
- 3 Sprinkle with sugar, salt, and pepper. Cover with vinegar and let stand for several hours.
- 4 Serve cold.
