Sweet And Sour Cabbage Salad
Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage (about 4 cups chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
Method
- 1 Wash hands and rinse the cabbage head.
- 2 Chop the cabbage into very thin slices.
- 3 In a large bowl, combine cabbage, salt, celery seed, sugar, and vinegar; mix well.
- 4 Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
