Stuffed Tomatoes With Seafood And Mayo
Ingredients
- tomatoes
- crab flakes, chopped lobster, canned salmon, or sardines
- lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
- lettuce leaves
- creamy mayonnaise
Method
- 1 Peel the tomatoes, cut off the stem end, and scoop out the core and seeds.
- 2 Fill the hollowed tomatoes with crab flakes, chopped lobster, canned salmon, or sardines.
- 3 Squeeze a little lemon juice over the filling and dust with salt and pepper.
- 4 Turn the tomatoes upside down on a nest of lettuce leaves.
- 5 Cover the top of each tomato with creamy mayonnaise.
