Stuffed Pork Belly

Ingredients

  • 1 whole pork belly, cleaned
  • 1 lb pork fat and meat, partially cooked
  • Spices (to taste)
  • Eggs
  • Water for boiling

Method

  1. 1 Clean the pork belly thoroughly. Remove the fat and meat, then partially cook them.
  2. 2 Mix the cooked pork fat and meat with spices and eggs to create a filling.
  3. 3 Stuff the mixture back into the pork belly and seal the opening.
  4. 4 Boil in water, pricking occasionally with a needle, or roast on a grill until done.
