Stuffed Pork Belly
Ingredients
- 1 whole pork belly, cleaned
- 1 lb pork fat and meat, partially cooked
- Spices (to taste)
- Eggs
- Water for boiling
Method
- 1 Clean the pork belly thoroughly. Remove the fat and meat, then partially cook them.
- 2 Mix the cooked pork fat and meat with spices and eggs to create a filling.
- 3 Stuff the mixture back into the pork belly and seal the opening.
- 4 Boil in water, pricking occasionally with a needle, or roast on a grill until done.
