Stuffed Peppers With Rice And Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 6 sweet peppers
- 1 cup boiled rice
- 1 can tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- 1 grated onion
- Oil for browning
- Hot water for basting
Method
- 1 Prepare the stuffing by mixing boiled rice, canned tomatoes, grated onion, and salt.
- 2 Stuff the sweet peppers with the rice mixture.
- 3 Brown the stuffed peppers in oil in a skillet.
- 4 Transfer to a baking pan and finish cooking, basting occasionally with hot water.
