Stuffed Hard Boiled Eggs On Fried Bread
Ingredients
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 8 olives
- 4 red chilies
- salt to taste
- bread for frying
Method
- 1 Carefully remove the yolks from the hard-boiled eggs. Slice the egg whites lengthwise.
- 2 Pass the egg yolks, olives, and red chilies through a wire sieve to create a smooth paste. Season with salt.
- 3 Fill the sliced egg whites with the paste.
- 4 Serve the stuffed eggs on fried bread, either hot or cold.
