Stuffed Green Peppers With Meat And Rice
Ingredients
- 1½ lbs ground beef and pork
- 6 green peppers
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3 tbsp uncooked rice
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ½ tsp salt
Method
- 1 Mix the meat, rice, eggs, and salt together in a bowl.
- 2 Cut the tops off the peppers, soak in hot water for a couple of minutes, then scoop out the seeds.
- 3 Fill the peppers with the meat mixture and stand them in a baking pan.
- 4 Pour the tomato soup over the peppers and bake in a 300°F oven for 1 hour.
