Stuffed Green Peppers With Meat And Rice

Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs ground beef and pork
  • 6 green peppers
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3 tbsp uncooked rice
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ tsp salt

Method

  1. 1 Mix the meat, rice, eggs, and salt together in a bowl.
  2. 2 Cut the tops off the peppers, soak in hot water for a couple of minutes, then scoop out the seeds.
  3. 3 Fill the peppers with the meat mixture and stand them in a baking pan.
  4. 4 Pour the tomato soup over the peppers and bake in a 300°F oven for 1 hour.
