Stuffed Deviled Eggs With Parsley

Ingredients

  • hard-boiled eggs
  • mayonnaise
  • minced meat, fish, or vegetable (optional)
  • chopped parsley

Method

  1. 1 Divide hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  2. 2 Cut a thin slice from the bottom of each white to help them stand flat.
  3. 3 Mash the yolks with mayonnaise and any preferred minced meat, fish, or vegetable seasoning.
  4. 4 Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture and spread the tops with mayonnaise.
  5. 5 Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
