Stuffed Deviled Eggs With Parsley
Ingredients
- hard-boiled eggs
- mayonnaise
- minced meat, fish, or vegetable (optional)
- chopped parsley
Method
- 1 Divide hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
- 2 Cut a thin slice from the bottom of each white to help them stand flat.
- 3 Mash the yolks with mayonnaise and any preferred minced meat, fish, or vegetable seasoning.
- 4 Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture and spread the tops with mayonnaise.
- 5 Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
