Stuffed Cherries With Marinated Hazelnuts
Ingredients
- cherries, pitted
- hazelnuts
- olive oil
- lemon juice
- salt
- lettuce leaves
Method
- 1 Marinate hazelnuts in olive oil, lemon juice, and salt for 1-2 hours.
- 2 Stuff each pitted cherry with a marinated hazelnut.
- 3 Drizzle with a little oil and lemon juice, then serve on lettuce nests.
