Stuffed Artichokes With Bread Crumbs

- bread crumbs
- parsley
- salt
- pepper
- oil
Method
- 1 Wash artichokes and trim the hard top part of the leaves.
- 2 Widen the leaves and insert a stuffing of bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, and oil.
- 3 Place artichokes upright in a saucepan, touching each other.
- 4 Cover with water and cook for two hours or more until leaves detach easily.
