Strawberry Raspberry Pineapple Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 banana
- 1 cup skim milk or almond milk
- 1 1/2 cups ice
Method
- 1 Peel and slice the banana.
- 2 Combine banana, strawberries, raspberries, pineapple, milk, and ice in a blender.
- 3 Blend until smooth. Serve immediately or freeze in ice cube trays for later use.
