Strawberry Lemon Sorbet

Ingredients

• Strawberries, stemmed
• Sugar
• Lemon juice
• Water

Method

1. 1 Combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice; let stand for one hour.
2. 2 Mash the mixture through a colander, then strain through a fine sieve if desired.
3. 3 Add water and freeze according to your ice cream maker's instructions.
