Strawberry Blueberry Pineapple Fruit Salad With Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup rinsed blueberries
  • 3 tablespoons pineapple chunks (canned or fresh)
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1/8 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • sliced or slivered almonds

Method

  1. 1 Place fruit in a large bowl and mix with pineapple juice.
  2. 2 Let stand for 15 minutes at room temperature.
  3. 3 Place 1 cup of fruit salad in a small bowl and top with ½ cup of yogurt.
  4. 4 Sprinkle almonds on top of each fruit salad and serve immediately.
