Strawberry Blueberry Pineapple Fruit Salad With Yogurt
Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup rinsed blueberries
- 3 tablespoons pineapple chunks (canned or fresh)
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1/8 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- sliced or slivered almonds
Method
- 1 Place fruit in a large bowl and mix with pineapple juice.
- 2 Let stand for 15 minutes at room temperature.
- 3 Place 1 cup of fruit salad in a small bowl and top with ½ cup of yogurt.
- 4 Sprinkle almonds on top of each fruit salad and serve immediately.
