Ingredients
- 1 duck, half roasted
- good gravy
- 1 tbsp chopped mint
- 3-4 chopped sage leaves
- 1 tbsp flour
- ½ cup boiled green peas
Method
- 1 Place the half-roasted duck into a pot with good gravy, chopped mint, and sage leaves.
- 2 Stew the mixture for 30 minutes.
- 3 Thicken the gravy by stirring in flour.
- 4 Add boiled green peas and serve.
