Steamed Wheat And Oatmeal Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 oz wheatmeal
- 1 oz rolled oatmeal
- 1 egg
- 1/4 oz butter
- 1/8 cup milk
- 1 tsp grated onion
- Pinch of herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Beat the egg and mix it with the milk.
- 2 Add the wheatmeal, oatmeal, butter, onion, herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- 3 Turn the mixture into a small greased basin.
- 4 Steam for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Serve with vegetables.
