Steamed Semolina Custard Pudding
Ingredients
- 3 oz semolina
- 1 pint milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 oz moist sugar
- flavoring essence
Method
- 1 Boil semolina, milk, and sugar together until quite soft.
- 2 Remove from heat and stir in flavoring essence and egg yolks.
- 3 Beat egg whites until stiff and gently fold them into the mixture.
- 4 Pour into a greased pudding mold and steam for one hour.
