  • ½ cup powdered sugar (for sauce)
  • 1 egg (for sauce)
  • 3 tablespoons boiling water (for sauce)

Method

  1. 1 Cream 2 tablespoons butter and 1 cup sugar. Add 2 well-beaten eggs, ¼ cup milk, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 cup chopped rhubarb, and enough flour to make a thick batter.
